We are a real estate brokerage that specializes in marketing properties directly to our buyer list before we market on the MLS.  We are property listing specialists whose clients include short sale investors, rehabbers, and of course traditional sellers who have enough equity to sell in this market. 

What we offer our sellers is the ability to get properties out to our huge buyer list before they have officially completed negotiating the short sale or before they are even done rehabbing the property.  That is a huge benefit to sellers.

What we offer buyers is the ability to buy a property before it hits the market and the bidding wars start.  This form of marketing allows our sellers to offer properties below market to save you money.  It also allows us to help you utilize the financing programs on the market for each property and the seller may be able to help with closing costs.

If the property is not pre-sold, then the properties are listed on the MLS, but by signing up for our buyer’s list or visiting this site frequently, you will see the deals first!
